R&D

ATE Team Lead

An experienced ATE Lead who is a python expert with management experience, great communication and organizational skills and ability to work on complex multi-disciplinary systems. The role is about 80% hands on.
 

  • Lead a team of 2 ATE developers

  • Guide and support ~5 other engineers developing ATE code part-time

  • In charge of 10 different testing and alignment stations, including complex actuation, manipulation and measuring equipment

  • Work with Optics, Embedded SW, Mechanics and System Engineering teams to define the testing flow and optimize the process

  • 80% hands on

  • Be responsible for code quality, team processes, documentation, etc.

  • Design, implement and execute automated tests for systems and sub-assemblies

  • Debug and troubleshoot systems

Required

  • B.Sc. in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Past team management experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Python expert – must have

  • C# experience – nice to have

Embedded Software Team Lead

  • Own the company's embedded software discipline

  • Manage a team of 4+ developers, developing for 6+ MCUs

  • Work with architects, Electronics, Optics, Full Stack, Business and other teams

  • Be the company's final technical authority on embedded SW

  • Own the development and release processes. Responsible for code quality and infrastructure

  • Hands on coding, code review and documentation

Required

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience as a developer and architect

  • At least one previous experience as an embedded team manager

  • Experience in low level FW - BSP HW/SW digital and analog interfaces

Embedded Software Engineer

  • Design, develop, test and maintain embedded software

  • Work with System, Electronics, Optics, Full Stack, and other teams

  • Develop on a variety of micro-controllers and operating systems

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development

System Integration Engineer / Lead

A multi-disciplinary engineer / manager with a deep R&D background to found the system integration discipline. Work closely with all R&D and Operations teams, define system integration processes and setups, generate and execute test plans, report results and provide feedback to other R&D teams during all stages of development.

Required

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or similar

  • Experience in developing hardware systems as an engineer, system engineer, and manager

  • Strong process and project management skills

Physicist / Electro-optics Project Leader

NPI Technical Engineer

As an NPI Engineer, you will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Required

  • B.Sc in Engineering or a related field.

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of both traditional and digital marketing activities

  • Developing brand awareness and online reputation – PR and Social media activity.

  • Develop compelling and impactful messaging, positioning, and stories

Senior Manager, Demand Generation

Key Responsibilities  

  

Strategy Development:  

  • Identify the most effective channels (e.g., paid media, organic, ABM, partnerships etc) for reaching Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Marketing Sourced Opportunities and drive them down the funnel 
     

  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to test messaging, refine value propositions, and uncover insights that help identify and scale product-market fit. Use campaign performance and feedback to iterate and adapt strategies, creating awareness and demand in a market that is still being defined 
     

  • Continuously analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates across stages (MQL to SQL, SQL to opportunities, opportunity to closed-won) 
     

  • Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth investments  
     

  • Identify and segment target audiences, creating personalized, data-driven marketing approaches.  

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:  

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital ads, content marketing, video, webinars, events, and social media  

  • Support trade shows, conferences, and webinars to drive lead capture and follow-up campaigns

  • Performance Optimization:  

  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.  

  • Understanding search engine optimization and paid search to increase online visibility.  

  • Strong understanding of email marketing with the ability to craft and optimize automated nurturing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field  

  • Experience:  

  • 8+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role in B2B technology 

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets  

  • Experience working in a scrappy, fast-paced environment with limited resources.  

  • Skills:  

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience with Monday.com a plus
