Victor Vaisleib

Chief Executive Officer

Before joining Wi-Charge, Mr. Vaisleib served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Business Unit at PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ:PMCS).

Mr. Vaisleib joined PMC-Sierra in 2006 through the acquisition of Passave, a highly-successful semiconductor startup company in the field of optical broadband communications, where he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to founding Passave, Mr. Vaisleib spent 15 years at the Electronic Research Department, a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces.

Mr. Vaisleib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a TALPIOT graduate and laureate of the Israel Defense Award (1999).

Ori Mor

Founder, VP Research & Development

Prior to Wi-Charge, Mr. Mor was Founder and CEO of Appoxee Mobile Technologies, a leading SaaS mobile engagement platform (acquired by Teradata NYSE:TDC).

Before Appoxee, Mr. Mor served 11 years in the Electronic Research Department (ERD), a top research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces. During his time with the ERD Mr. Mor held various R&D and management positions including large scale project manager and R&D Section Head.

Mr. Mor holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University. He is a laureate of the Israel Defense Award (2008).

Ortal Alpert

Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to founding Wi-Charge, Mr. Alpert was Founder and CTO of Mempile, an optical storage startup company. Before Mempile, Mr. Alpert was involved in the development of algorithms at ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSW) and in advanced research using computer simulations of light and matter interactions.

Previously, Mr. Alpert held a post as a graduate teaching and research assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His academic career spans a broad range of technology fields, specifically in light-matter interactions and quantum phenomena, as well as extensive experience in Chemistry and Physics.

Mr. Alpert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Dynamics and Physical Chemistry from The Hebrew University.

Yuval Boger

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Boger has served as chief executive, chief marketer and evangelist for technology companies from seed stage to NASDAQ. He led business and product development programs that generated over $200M in revenue.

As CEO of Sensics, a VR/AR pioneer, he generated business with industry leaders in consumer electronics (Samsung, LG, Microsoft, Apple, Intel), defense and medical. He led an industry standards group and served as a technical subgroup chair in another. A frequent presenter at conferences, he authored a popular syndicated blog on VR and hosted a podcast interviewing CEOs and other industry leaders.

As CEO of Oblicore (NASDAQ:CA), an enterprise software company, Mr. Boger generated triple-digit growth. Customers included Visa, Lufthansa, ING, British Telecom and more. Mr. Boger served on the executive team of Radcom (NASDAQ:RDCM) from early stages through an IPO. He also co-founded two companies: Unwired Express (enterprise software) and Talia Technology (medical devices)

Mr. Boger holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and an M.Sc. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University. He is also a TALPIOT graduate and laureate of the Israel Defense Award. He plays violin in several community orchestras, and once a year with the world-renowned Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
